The Fraternal Order of Police apparently has a problem when their own members are hired by District Attorney Seth Williams when they retire and collect their DROP payment.
Former Captain Ted Sedaris and William Murtha hit the mother load. They retired from the Police Department, and hired by the District Attorney’s Office four days later. Problem is, the FOP didn’t like it. Never mind the private citizens who already have a problem with DROP abuse, but the FOP didn’t like it because it would affect positions their members currently enjoy.
Conversely, Seth Williams DROP kicked the two to the curb. DROPPED
